Gibbed lets you do a bunch of things, like change your Shep's appearance, gender, xp, power points, credits, it lets you create a new game from scratch with a bunch of stuff already in it, unlock specific items (weapons, armor, etc), alter your imported choices, assign loyalties (in ME2), unlock characters that haven't joined your team yet (also in ME2 - like getting Legion very early in the game, for example). It's very well made, and the ME3 save editor specifically is really simple to use and understand.
